I went here to have my car alarm done about 4 years ago. It went on valet mode on its own sometimes so I went to the shop without an appointment and asked how to reset it. The owner had one of his techs show me how to do so and it had always worked.A few weeks ago I took my vehicle to the dealership for an unrelated problem and they had told me that they couldn’t properly diagnose the problem because of this after market car alarm, which I did not understand why and they had told me that it needed to be taken out. So I called audio city that afternoon if they could take the alarm out and the owner was very accommodating and did just that. I offered to pay but he refused. Now I don’t have a car alarm, but the next time I get one, I’ll definitely get it from this shop again.

Big shot out to my guys at Car Audio City. Got the whole package done on my truck and they knocked it out the park.( Tint, alarm, back up camera, big screen head unit, 2 Jl 12's in a custom box and amp). Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
